Rally lovers should stake out their place on the TF 463 between Playa de San Juan and Guia de Isora on Saturday 6th December for the last race of the season.Anyone out for a leisurely drive in Tenerife’s south west hills should avoid the area like the plague, lest you want to find yourself unwittingly competing for the Barceló Varadero Trophy.
83 rally teams are due to tackle the hairpins and switchbacks of the normally sedate road which links Guia de Isora with the coast.
