As much paintings as photographs, local Portuense artist Imeldo Bello’s haunting images from his collection ‘Retratos 1970 – 2008’ stay in the memory. Never one for sticking to the ‘rules’, Bello’s whimsical experimentation with the camera produces some truly stunning results.
